As a certified yoga instructor, wellness coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor - and other various fitness certifications - I’m a multi-passionate health nut that will challenge you to get outside of your comfort zone to feel your best. As an optimistic realist, join me in helping you make movement something you enjoy while getting the results you want.

Enjoy this all-levels vinyasa practice in the comfort of your own home! I’ll guide you through a vinyasa flow with both modifications and advancement for all ability levels. Share with a friend and know that you can practice together, apart anywhere in the globe! Monday’s class taught as a full beginner class.
