Our practice today is about allowing and accepting.
By cultivating an openness to the here and now we can allow ourselves to be fully present. The invitation then for this practice is to really welcome in your experience of being here on your mat and in your body. Allowing and accepting each moment, each breath, each movement as it unfolds. Making room for your present experience by letting everything be just as it is, breath by breath.
These classes always include a full meditation to begin and finish with a full savasana. Namaste :)
