30 minute full body workout. 7 Blocks of work. Within each block of work is 4 rounds, 50 seconds on & 10 seconds off. Let's hit it!

Equipment -
2 x Medium Dumbbells
1 x Medium Kettlebell

#1 - Squats & Swings
#2 - Deadlifts & Lunges
#3 - Chest
#4 - Shoulders
#5 - Back
#6 - Biceps & Triceps
#7 - Core

Go slow with the reps, and drop down to a lighter weight when you need to, even if that means reducing to just bodyweight.
