Yoga has played a significant role in her life for the past 12 years. She became a registered Yoga teacher while working in a legal role at age 23 and went on to complete multiple teacher-trainings worldwide and pursue psychology and other spiritual sciences.
She is sharing yoga flows, yin yoga, meditations and her favourite practice Yoga Nidra online.
All of her classes are designed to unwind the body and mind, and encourage a greater sense of self awareness, compassion and inner reflection.
