Yoga is one of my passions and I love sharing my skills and expertise with others. I am certified and teach locally in Matakana. My full time practice is in Executive coaching.
My goal with yoga is to help you begin or deepen your yoga practice, bringing energy and wellbeing to you whenever you choose!
