Maddie has been teaching full time for 5 years in Wellington and 3 years of that now in Auckland. Guiding classes at Retreats, workshops and Festivals such as Splore the last 3 years. There is a huge passion and deep gratitude for what our bodies allow us to do
I am a Yoga and Barre and meditation teacher with a strong background in Functional training with Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting. My awareness of these modalities help create and shape your classes. To bring you into your body and move from a place that transforms your energy.
Creative sequences and never repeating the same class twice you will feel challenged, empowered to embrace your Strength, flow from Grace and from Connection in body, mind and spirit.
Music has always been a huge inspiration to move my own body so expect weekly playlists included to find the fun and beat to get sweat session going. Classes end in nourishing breath work, stretches and soul filling Savasana.
Classes range from Power Vinyasa, Yin Oclock, Barre and BarreFlow a combination of Barre, Yoga and Functional Movements.
