Hey I'm Micha!
Currently using this lock down time to stay motivated and offer up support where I can - a few weeks ago I started hosting these classes to stay connected with my team at work & now we have a buzzing community showing up each day to try out a new workout! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Instructor who also works full time in recruitment where I (try to!) find balance with juggling the two.
I'd love it if you reached out and joined us over the next couple of weeks - the classes are 40 minutes max ranging from HIIT, BOXHIIT, PURECORE and PEACH sessions. All workouts can be done with just your body weight, progressions and regressions will be given where necessary if you want to give yourself that extra push. All classes are super high energy so bring with you a towel, some water and fierce commitment to get through to the end!
