Hi, I’m Sophie, so lovely to meet you!
Wellness enthusiast, nature lover and chocoholic, I’m happiest when creating an inclusive and accessible space for people to experience self-connection through movement, breath and sound. I love seeing people establish habits that will allow them to live healthier, happier and more harmonious lives.
I've been teaching since 2009 and continued teaching throughout my corporate career until deciding to pursue my wellness business wholeheartedly in 2019!
I offer private, group and workplace classes and workshops in MIND (meditation + mindfulness), BODY (yoga + pilates) and SOUND (crystal bowl sound baths). As well as hosting monthly sound bath events which are so dreamy!
